Adult Day Services
Presbyterian Homes and Services offers a wide
array of health care and wellness services for our
community’s seniors, many of them unique to the area. Among them are Medical Adult Day Health Care,
a nursing home by day, and DayVersity, an academic
and wellness program, both of which are provided
at Presbyterian Home. Another popular program
is Social Adult Day Care, a social and recreational
program provided at Presbyterian Residential
Community.

Medical Adult Day Health Care
Specializes in Parkinson's/Movement Impairment Diseases and Dementia/Related Disorders
Nutrition - Nutritional assessment and evaluation and take-home meal service
Social Services - Supportive services assessment and referral, Medicare/Medicaid assistance
Medical Services - RN; certified nurse aides; and staff psychologist (under the direction of an M.D.)
Pastoral Services - Individual spiritual support, bible study and religious services
Rehabilitation - A coordinated plan of care utilizing physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy and audiology
Recreation - Individual and group activities including reminiscence, music therapy, gardening, computer classes, aquatic programs and much more
Transportation - Ambulatory and non-ambulatory within defined geographic boundaries
Supplemental Services - Podiatry, dental, laboratory and x-ray services
Medicaid, Veteran's Contract and Senior Network Health LLC and Private Pay accepted.
Hours: 8:00 am - 4:00 pm; 1-7 day option

Provides a safe, comfortable and supervised setting for seniors
Nutritional Meals - Continental breakfast, lunch, and snacks, plus take-home evening meals for additional fee
Social and Recreational Activities - Religious services, sing-alongs, bingo, arts and crafts, tabletop bowling, nail care and shopping trips
