The Meadows

The Meadows apartments offer independent living on a 23-acre campus-like setting in suburban New Hartford. A combination of two and one bedroom and studio apartments makes up the contemporary complex which includes access to a new and modern Wellness Center, and priority admission to the Presbyterian Home and all other Presbyterian Homes and Services programs and facilities.

Every apartment comes fully equipped with an electric range, refrigerator, individual room thermostatic control and wall-to-wall carpeting. Utilities such as electricity, water and heat are included. All ground level units offer lovely patios and the second floor apartments have balconies affording expansive views.

The state of the art Wellness Center was designed with seniors in mind and features equipment specifically to meet their needs and also boasts a dry sauna to ease pain and stiffness associated with arthritis.

The Meadows is a HUD subsidized development. Apartments are open to anyone over age 62, regardless of gender, race, creed or national origin. Please contact the rental office for current guidelines.

Friendship House

The Meadows also features the Friendship House, a central community center where a variety of social activities takes place.
